Prince Eric
Prince Eric is a character from Disney's animated film *The Little Mermaid* (1989)—the human prince whom the mermaid Ariel falls in love with.
He has become a reference point for an idealized romantic interest: handsome, noble, but somewhat bland.
She's waiting for her Prince Eric to come along.
