Paris 2024
Seine-side Olympic host
Paris 2024 refers to the Summer Olympic Games held in Paris, France, in 2024—the city's third time hosting after 1900 and 1924.
The term also encompasses the Paralympic Games that followed.
Notable for its opening ceremony along the Seine River rather than in a stadium, the event generated extensive media coverage and became shorthand for that summer's athletic competitions: Did you watch any Paris 2024?
