Mustached island investigator
Magnum P.I. is an American television series (1980–1988) featuring a private investigator in Hawaii, known for its mustachioed star Tom Selleck and his red Ferrari.
The show became iconic enough that references to it evoke a certain 1980s aesthetic: He had a Magnum P.I. mustache and Hawaiian shirt.
