Lil Nas X
Lil Nas X is the stage name of Montero Lamar Hill, an American rapper and singer who rose to fame in 2019 with "Old Town Road," a country-rap hybrid that became one of the longest-running number-one singles in chart history.
He's known for provocative visual imagery and for being openly gay in a genre where that remains uncommon: Lil Nas X caused controversy with his "Montero" video.
