Liffey
River through Dublin
The Liffey is a river flowing through Dublin, Ireland, dividing the city into its north and south sides.
The division carries cultural weight—Dubliners often identify with one side or the other, and the river appears throughout Irish literature, most famously in Joyce's work.
We walked along the Liffey at sunset.
