Jersey cows

Fawn dairy breed

Jersey cows are a breed of dairy cattle originating from the island of Jersey in the English Channel.

They are smaller than Holsteins but produce milk exceptionally rich in butterfat, prized for cheese and butter production.

Their coats range from light fawn to dark brown, often with darker faces.

The farm switched to Jerseys for their cream quality.
