Japheth
Shem and Ham's brother
Japheth is a biblical figure, one of Noah's three sons who survived the great flood.
In the Genesis account, Japheth is traditionally considered the ancestor of peoples inhabiting Europe and parts of Asia.
The name appears primarily in religious and genealogical contexts: the descendants of Japheth spread across the Mediterranean world.
