Greek artists
Ancient Mediterranean sculptors
Artists from Greece or of Greek heritage, or artists working in ancient or modern Greek artistic traditions.
The term most often refers to creators from classical antiquity—sculptors, painters, and architects whose work defined Western aesthetic ideals: The Greek artists who carved the Parthenon friezes remain largely anonymous.
