Ferrari F40

Twin-turbo Italian icon

The Ferrari F40 is a mid-engine sports car produced by the Italian manufacturer Ferrari from 1987 to 1992.

Built to commemorate Ferrari's 40th anniversary, it was the last model personally approved by founder Enzo Ferrari before his death.

The F40 was the first production car to exceed 200 mph, with its twin-turbocharged V8 engine and lightweight construction emphasizing raw performance over luxury.

It remains one of the most celebrated supercars ever made: He finally tracked down an F40 after years of searching.
