Andre 3000
André 3000 is the stage name of André Benjamin, one half of the Atlanta hip-hop duo OutKast.
Known for genre-bending creativity that spans funk, soul, and experimental sounds, he's considered among hip-hop's most innovative artists.
His verse on "Roses" and solo work like "Hey Ya!" became cultural touchstones.
André 3000 showed up in the most fire verse of the year.
He later pivoted to acting and, unexpectedly, ambient flute music.
