401k match
Company retirement bonus
A 401k match is money an employer contributes to an employee's retirement account based on how much the employee contributes.
A common arrangement is matching fifty cents or a dollar for every dollar contributed, up to a percentage of salary.
Leaving matching funds unclaimed is often called leaving money on the table.
