Virus apocalypse movie
A 1995 science fiction film directed by Terry Gilliam, in which a time traveler from a devastated future attempts to prevent a viral pandemic.
The title refers to the Army of the Twelve Monkeys, an animal rights group suspected of releasing the virus.
The film became a cult classic and spawned a television series (2015–2018).
