wide-awake
Not at all drowsy
Wide-awake means fully awake, not drowsy or sleepy at all: The coffee left me wide-awake at midnight.
By extension, it describes someone alert and attentive, not easily fooled: a wide-awake investor who spotted the fraud early.
The hyphen is standard when used before a noun but often dropped in predicative position: She was wide awake.
