Whitening strips are thin, flexible pieces of plastic coated with a bleaching agent, applied to teeth to reduce discoloration.
They're sold over the counter as a cheaper alternative to professional dental whitening: I used whitening strips before the wedding.
Results vary, and overuse can cause tooth sensitivity.
