volunteer recruitment
Seeking unpaid workers
Volunteer recruitment is the process of finding and attracting people to give their time and labor without pay.
Organizations running on volunteer labor—nonprofits, political campaigns, community groups—must actively recruit to maintain their workforce: The food bank's volunteer recruitment efforts ramped up before the holidays.
