unsanitized
Lacking proper cleaning
Unsanitized means not cleaned or disinfected: unsanitized surfaces, unsanitized equipment.
More often, it describes content that hasn't been cleaned up for presentation—raw, unfiltered, potentially offensive or disturbing: the unsanitized version of events, an unsanitized account of war.
The sanitized version omits harsh realities; the unsanitized version includes them.
