unpettable
Not for petting
Unpettable describes an animal that cannot or should not be petted—whether because it's dangerous, untouchable, or simply unwilling: The porcupine is adorable but thoroughly unpettable.
Sometimes used humorously for standoffish pets: My cat becomes unpettable the moment guests arrive.
