uninstallable
Able to remove
Uninstallable has two opposite meanings depending on context.
Software that is uninstallable can be removed from a system: The bloatware was finally uninstallable after the update.
But uninstallable can also mean impossible to install: The corrupted file made the program uninstallable.
Context usually clarifies which sense applies.
