Undeliverable describes something that cannot be delivered to its intended recipient.
The word appears most often with mail or packages: The letter was returned as undeliverable.
Email systems send undeliverable notices when messages bounce.
By extension, anything that cannot reach its destination—a promise, a service, a product—may be called undeliverable.
