Undeleted describes something that was deleted but has been restored, or something that remains because it wasn't deleted.
In computing, files can be undeleted through recovery software: I managed to get the undeleted photos back from my hard drive.
The term also appears when content removal is reversed: The moderator undeleted his comment after reviewing it.
