unappealed
Accepted without challenge
Unappealed describes a legal decision that has not been challenged in a higher court.
When a verdict or ruling goes unappealed, the losing party has either accepted it or let the deadline for appeal pass: The conviction went unappealed and became final.
The term appears almost exclusively in legal contexts.
