toga party
Draped fraternity event
A toga party is a costume party where guests wear togas—or bedsheet approximations of them—imitating ancient Roman dress.
The concept became iconic through the 1978 film *Animal House* and remains associated with college fraternities and sororities: The frat is throwing a toga party this weekend.
