swipe typing
Finger-trail text input
Swipe typing is a method of text input on touchscreen devices where you drag your finger continuously across the keyboard, tracing a path through the letters of a word rather than tapping each one individually.
The software predicts the intended word from the gesture pattern.
Also called gesture typing or glide typing.
