strobe effects
Rapid light bursts
Strobe effects are rapid, repetitive flashes of light that create a flickering or pulsing visual experience.
Common in nightclubs, concerts, and film, they can make movement appear jerky or frozen.
Warnings about strobe effects typically accompany media because they can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy: This video contains strobe effects.
