steaming up

Mirror getting cloudy

Steaming up describes moisture condensing on a surface, typically glass, from warm humid air meeting a cooler surface: The bathroom mirror steamed up during my shower.

Windows steam up in cold weather from breath or body heat inside.

Figuratively, to get steamed up is to become angry or agitated: Don't get all steamed up about it.
