spectator stands
Tiered viewing area
Spectator stands are tiered seating structures where audiences watch sporting events, concerts, or other performances.
The arrangement elevates rows progressively so viewers in back can see over those in front.
Stands may be permanent fixtures in stadiums or temporary bleachers assembled for events: The spectator stands were packed for the championship game.
