Sunlight water purifier
A solar still is a device that uses sunlight to purify water through evaporation and condensation.
Contaminated or salt water is placed in a basin; the sun heats it, causing evaporation; the vapor rises and condenses on a cooler surface, then drips into a collection container as clean water.
Solar stills range from simple survival constructions—a plastic sheet over a pit—to commercial desalination units.
