soft gel
Squishy medicine container
A soft gel is a pliable capsule with a gelatin shell encasing liquid medication, supplements, or other substances.
The format allows oils and fat-soluble compounds to be swallowed easily: fish oil soft gels, vitamin E soft gels.
Unlike hard capsules, soft gels are seamless and typically contain liquid rather than powder.
