smirker
Self-satisfied smiler
A smirker is someone who smirks—wears a self-satisfied, often irritating smile that suggests smugness or knowing amusement.
The word carries a negative charge; you call someone a smirker when their expression annoys you: That smirker thinks he knows something we don't.
