small feline
Domestic purring pet
A small feline is a cat of modest size—either a domestic house cat or one of the smaller wild species like an ocelot, serval, or bobcat.
The term distinguishes these from big cats (lions, tigers, leopards) both by size and by biological features: small felines purr but cannot roar.
The shelter specializes in small felines.
