showing around
Giving a tour
Showing around means guiding someone through an unfamiliar place, pointing out features and explaining what they're seeing: Let me show you around the office.
A person doing this acts as an informal tour guide—whether for a new employee, houseguest, or prospective buyer: The realtor spent an hour showing us around the property.
