sex tourists
Predatory vacation seekers
Sex tourists are people who travel to other countries specifically to engage in sexual activities, often with prostitutes.
The term typically implies destinations where sex work is cheaper, more accessible, or less regulated than at home: Thailand has long attracted sex tourists from Europe and America.
The practice often involves exploitation of economically vulnerable populations.
