railroad lines
Steel path network
Railroad lines are the tracks, routes, or systems operated by railway companies.
The term can refer to the physical infrastructure—rails, ties, and roadbed—or to the corporate entities that run them: Several railroad lines competed for freight traffic in the Midwest.
A line may also mean a specific route: the main line between Chicago and St. Louis.
