perceived temperature
How air feels
Perceived temperature is how hot or cold the air feels to a person, as opposed to what a thermometer reads.
Wind chill makes cold air feel colder; humidity makes hot air feel hotter.
Weather reports often give both actual and perceived temperatures: It's 85 degrees but feels like 95 with the humidity.
