peachfuzz
Adolescent facial hair
Peachfuzz is the fine, soft, barely visible hair on human skin, especially on the face of someone too young to grow a real beard.
The term comes from the downy surface of a peach.
It can describe any similar light fuzz: His upper lip had just a bit of peachfuzz.
Sometimes used dismissively to suggest youth or inexperience.
