A peach bellini is a cocktail made with prosecco and peach purée or peach nectar, traditionally served in a champagne flute.
It originated at Harry's Bar in Venice and remains a brunch staple: We ordered peach bellinis with our eggs Benedict.
The drink's pale orange-pink color resembles a painting by the Renaissance artist Bellini, from whom it takes its name.
