Parkinsonian describes symptoms resembling those of Parkinson's disease—tremors, rigid muscles, slow movement, shuffling gait.
The term applies whether or not actual Parkinson's disease is present: parkinsonian side effects from the medication, a parkinsonian tremor.
Parkinsonism is the noun form for this cluster of symptoms.
