paid-up
Fully square financially
Paid-up describes someone who has fulfilled their financial obligations, especially membership dues: a paid-up member of the union.
Extended to mean fully committed or confirmed: a paid-up member of the conspiracy theory crowd.
In insurance, a paid-up policy requires no further premium payments but remains in force.
