A pacifier clip is a short strap or ribbon with a clasp on each end—one attaches to a baby's pacifier, the other to clothing.
It keeps the pacifier from falling to the ground when the baby drops or spits it out: I clipped the pacifier clip to her onesie so we'd stop losing it.
