pH level
Acidity-alkalinity scale reading
pH level measures acidity or alkalinity on a scale from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral.
Lower numbers indicate acids stomach acid has a pH level around 2, higher numbers indicate bases bleach has a pH level around 12.
