nonsparkling
Flat, not fizzy
Nonsparkling describes beverages, especially water, that contain no carbonation—no dissolved gas creating bubbles or fizz.
It's the still alternative to sparkling: I'll have the nonsparkling water.
The term appears most often on menus and in contexts where the sparkling option is prominent enough to require distinction.
