nonrelocating
Not moving elsewhere
Nonrelocating describes something or someone that does not move to a new location.
The term appears most often in job listings and employment contexts, where a nonrelocating candidate is unwilling or unable to move for a position: We're only considering nonrelocating applicants who already live in the area.
In computing, nonrelocating code runs only at a fixed memory address.
