nonexportable
Cannot ship abroad
Nonexportable describes something that cannot or may not be exported—sent out of a country for sale or use elsewhere.
The restriction may be legal, as with classified technology or controlled goods: The software contains nonexportable encryption components.
It may also be practical: perishable items or services tied to a specific location are effectively nonexportable.
