misaddress
Send somewhere wrong
To misaddress something is to address it incorrectly—putting the wrong name, location, or destination on mail, a package, or a communication: The letter was misaddressed and took three weeks to arrive.
It can also mean directing remarks to the wrong person or audience: He misaddressed his complaints to someone with no authority to help.
