measly

Pathetically tiny amount

Measly describes something contemptibly small or inadequate—an amount so paltry it insults: They offered a measly ten dollars for a day's work, a measly slice of cake.

The word carries indignation at being shortchanged.

Originally it described meat infected with tapeworm larvae, but this sense has been almost entirely displaced by the dismissive one.
