Lukewarmest is the superlative of lukewarm—the most tepid or indifferent among a group.
Lukewarm describes water that's neither hot nor cold, and by extension, enthusiasm or support that's halfhearted: Of all the responses to my proposal, hers was the lukewarmest.
The superlative form is uncommon, since lukewarm already suggests mediocrity.
