loaners
Vehicles while yours heals
Loaners are items temporarily provided as substitutes while your own is being repaired or is otherwise unavailable.
The term appears most often with cars and phones: The dealership gave me a loaner while my car was in the shop.
A loaner can also be a person who lends something, though this use is rare.
