jojoba oil
Liquid wax extract
Jojoba oil is a liquid wax extracted from the seeds of the jojoba shrub, native to the American Southwest.
Despite the name, it's technically a wax ester rather than a true oil, which makes it exceptionally stable and similar to human sebum.
It's widely used in cosmetics, skincare, and hair products: I use jojoba oil as a moisturizer.
