Divided work role
Job share is an arrangement where two people divide the responsibilities of one full-time position, each working part-time hours.
The arrangement lets employees maintain careers while accommodating other commitments: She proposed a job share so she could be home when her kids get out of school.
Also used as a verb: They've been job sharing for three years.
