irrebuttable
Beyond all dispute
Irrebuttable describes something that cannot be rebutted or argued against—a claim or presumption so firmly established that no contrary evidence is permitted.
The term appears almost exclusively in legal contexts: an irrebuttable presumption is one the law treats as conclusive, regardless of actual facts.
Outside law, the word is rare; most speakers would say unanswerable or conclusive.
